临床专业学位研究生时间管理倾向与学业成就关系研究

Study on the relationship between time management tendency and academic achievement of clinical graduate students

目的探究临床专业学位研究生时间管理倾向与学业成就之间的关系。方法对北京中医药大学208位临床专业学位研究生进行问卷调查。结果不同性别学生时间管理倾向得分在时间价值感维度上性别差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),男性得分高于女性;不同奖学金等级的博士研究生在时间管理倾向、时间监控观维度和时间效能感维度上得分差别均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),有奖学金学生得分高于无奖学金学生;博士研究生的时间管理倾向各维度与奖学金等级之间线性相关性有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论时间管理倾向及其3个纬度与学业成就均呈正相关,即时间管理能力越强,学业成就越高。

Objective To explore the relationship between time management tendency and academic achievement of clinical graduate students.Methods Questionnaire survey were conducted on 208 clinical professional degree graduates of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Results Gender differences in gender management students’time management tendency scores were statistically significant in the time value sense dimension(P<0.05),and the male scores were higher than femails;There were statistically significant differences in the scores of time management,time monitoring,and time efficacy among doctoral students of different scholarship levels(P<0.05).Scholarships scored higher than those without scholarships.The linear correlation between the dimensions of the time management tendencies of the doctoral students and the scholarship level was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The time management tendency and its three dimensions are positively related to academic achievement,that is the stronger the time management ability,the higher the academic achievement.
