摘要
中医药高等学校教学与科研间平衡的、良性的互动有利于创新性人才培养,又能促进科研的发展。对于中医药高等学校非医专业学生,三维一体的科研-教学良性互动模式,是依托中医药科研项目,基于医学背景的科研思维与技能培训,培育非医专业大学生SRT项目(大学生创新训练计划),鼓励学生进行医学相关研究成果的产出与发表,实现'科研促进教学,教学反哺科研'。通过5年的实践,达到了很好的实施效果,培养了一批优秀的非医专业本科毕业生,为中医药高等教育中非医专业创新人才的培养和科学研究的平衡发展与良性互动,提供一种可借鉴与复制的模式。
The three-dimensional training mode with benign research-teaching interaction for students of nonmedical specialties in TCM universities and colleges relies on TCM research projects,scientific thinking and skill training under medical background.The purpose is to improve Program for Student Innovation through Research and Training(SRT),encourage non-medical students to publish medicine-related results,and realize research improving teaching and teaching repaying research.After 5-year practice,a better implementation result is obtained and a batch of excellent non-medical graduates is cultivated.The mode can be used for reference and is reproductive.
