摘要
目的初步建立新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌早期分子分型的模型。方法应用半定量PCR和免疫组化等方法,对收集的新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌、癌旁及正常的组织标本进行前期筛查出的26个早期高相关基因的再检测和分析。结果确定了26个早期的高相关基因在癌旁组织和正常组织中的表达差异,并确定了每个标本里差异表达的基因。结论本项研究初步提出了11个由不同基因组合的早期表达类型。这为肿瘤早期的分子分期分型提供了初步的实验基础,依据此模型的联合多基因检测,可以有效提高肿瘤早期检测的特异性,同时这些基因的表达组合可作为早期检测的实验依据。
[Objective]To establish the molecular typing model of early Kazakh esophageal squamous carcinoma(ESCC)in Xinjiang.[Methods]Semi-quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect and analyze the 26 early highly correlated genes detected in the early stage of ESCC from the collected specimens of carcinoma,para-carcinoma and normal tissue of kazakh people in Xinjiang.[Results]Differences in the expression of 26 early highly correlated genes in paracancer and normal tissues were identified,and the differentially expressed genes in each specimen were identified.[Conclusion]This study preliminarily proposes 11 early expression types composed of different gene combinations.This provides a preliminary experimental basis for molecular staging and typing in the early stage of tumors.Combined polygenic assay based on this model,can effectively improve the specificity of early detection of tumor,and the expression combination of these genes can be used as the experimental basis for early detection.
