基于CNKI数据库对我国健康素养研究热点的共词聚类分析

Co-word cluster analysis based on CNKI database on the research focus of health literacy in China

目的分析2005—2017年中国知网数据库健康素养的研究热点及发展趋势。方法以"健康素养"为关键词,检索中国知网2005年1月1日—2017年12月31日收录的期刊文献,应用Bicomb和图形聚类工具包(gCLUTO)软件对其进行文献计量及聚类分析。结果最终纳入1 521篇文献。聚类分析显示,健康素养的研究主题分为5类:聚类0为健康素养与健康教育、健康促进、健康状况的相关研究;聚类1为健康素养现状及影响因素分析;聚类2为健康知识、健康行为及态度的调查与分析;聚类3为健康素养现状调查及干预效果评价;聚类4为慢性病健康素养的调查与分析。结论健康素养的研究方向呈现多元化,形成核心的研究领域较少。健康素养评估方面的研究逐渐趋向成熟,但不同疾病、不同人群健康素养的研究及干预有待进一步深入和完善。

[Objective]To analyze the research focus and development trends of health literacy of CNKI database from 2005-2017.[Methods]With'health literacy'as the key word,the journal literatures collected by CNKI from January 1,2005-December 31,2017 were searched,and the Bicomb and Graphical Clustering Toolkit(gCLUTO)software were used for literature metrology and cluster analysis.[Results]A total of 1 521 references were eventually included.Cluster analysis showed that the research topics of health literacy were divided into 5 categories:Cluster 0 referred to the research on health literacy and health education,health promotion and health status;Cluster 1 was the analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of health literacy;Cluster 2 was the survey and analysis of health knowledge,health behavior and attitude;Cluster 3 was the status survey of health literacy and the evaluation of intervention effect;Cluster 4 was the investigation and analysis of chronic disease health literacy.[Conclusion]The research direction of health literacy is diversified and there are few core research fields.The research on health literacy evaluation is becoming mature gradually,but the research and intervention on health literacy of different diseases and populations need to be further deepened and improved.
