Monitoring results of lung function of workers exposed to dust in Baoji City in 2017

摘要 目的分析2017年宝鸡市粉尘作业工人肺功能结果,为宝鸡市尘肺病的防治提供参考依据。方法将肺功能结果质控后导入SPSS 19.0进行统计学分析。结果 2017年宝鸡市肺功能异常地域分布以凤县最严重,异常率27.05%;行业类型分布采矿业肺功能异常率最高,为25.55%(P<0.01);经济类型分布国有企业异常率最高,为27.39%(P<0.01);企业规模分布中型企业异常率29.88%最高,为(P<0.01);人口特征分布工龄>20年肺功能异常率最高,为24.68%(P<0.05);粉尘类型接触矽尘工人肺功能异常率最高,为20.99%(P<0.01)。结论宝鸡市应加强凤县采矿业工人的尘肺病预防,关注国有中型企业的尘肺病预防,做好高工龄接尘工人的尘肺病预防和职业健康监护,重点以预防矽肺为主。 [Objective]To analyze the lung function data of workers exposed to dust in Baoji City in 2017, and provide reference for the prevention of pneumoconiosis in Baoji City.[Methods]Lung function results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 after the quality control.[Results]In 2017,the lung function abnormality in Fengxian was the most serious, and the abnormal rate was 27.05%(P<0.01). In different industries, the abnormal rate in mining industry was the highest(25.55%,P<0.01). In different economic types, the abnormal rate in state-owned enterprise was the highest(27.39%,P<0.01). In different enterprise scales, the abnormal rate in medium-sized enterprises was the highest(29.88%,P<0.01). And the abnormal rates among workers with over 20 years of working age(24.68%,P<0.05)and expose d to silica dust(20.99%,P<0.01)were the highest.[Conclusion]Baoji City should strengthen the prevention of pneumoconiosis among mining workers in Fengxian and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, do well the prevention of pneumoconiosis and occupational health surveillance among workers exposed to dust with long working age,and give priority to the prevention of workers exposed to silica dust.
