绵阳市三级医院临床护士社会技能现状及影响因素

Present situation and influencing factors of social skill of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City

目的了解绵阳市三级医院临床护士社会技能现状并分析其影响因素,为提高临床护士社会技能能力提供依据。方法随机抽取绵阳市6所三级医院1 245名临床护士为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷与社会技能量表进行调查。结果 1 245名临床护士技能总均分为145.29±16.99,处于中等水平。6个维度得分为:尊重患者为39.05±5.28,行为表达为34.34±4.93,信息收集与传达为26.85±3.73,肢体接触为19.81±4.36,积极接触为15.43±3.31,空间接触为9.82±2.17。多元回归分析显示,工龄、职称,学历、性别是社会技能的影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的37.1%。结论绵阳市三级医院临床护士的社会技能有待进一步提高。护理教育者与临床护理管理者应根据影响因素,多途径提升临床护士社会技能水平,以更好提供优质护理。

[Objective]To explore the present situation of clinical nurses'social skills in the tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City,analyze its influencing factors,and provide basis for improving nurses'social skills.[Methods]1 245 clinical nurses in six tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City were randomly selected and investigated by general information questionnaire and social skills scale.[Results]The total score of social skills of1 245 clinical nurses was 145.29±16.99,which was in the middle level.The score of six dimensions in respect for patients,behavior expression,information collection and communication,limb contact,positive contact and spatial contact was 39.05±5.28,34.34±4.93,26.85±3.73,19.81±4.36,15.43±3.31 and 9.82±2.17,respectively.Multiple regression analysis showed that working age,professional title,educational background and gender were the influencing factors of the social skills,which could explain 37.1%of the total variances.[Conclusion]The social skills of clinical nurses in the tertiary hospitals of Mianyang City need to be further improved.Nursing educators and clinical nursing administrators should improve the social skill level of clinical nurses according to the influencing factors by multiple ways,so as to provide better nursing service.
