重庆市某肥料生产企业职业病危害现状评价

Evaluation on present situation of occupational hazards in a fertilizer producing enterprise of Chongqing

目的通过了解重庆市某肥料生产企业的职业病危害因素,分析其对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病防护措施及其效果,为企业职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生现场检测方法对该企业的职业病危害进行现状评价。结果现场检测结果显示,机械生产线配料岗、造粒岗、烘干岗噪声8 h等效声级分别为81.1～95.8、90.9～92.1和94.2～96.5 dB(A),超过国家标准;人工生产线配料岗、机械生产线配料岗和烘干岗粉尘时间加权平均浓度(C_(TWA))3天最大值为8.3、58.3和23.3 mg/m^3,超过国家标准。结论重庆市某肥料生产企业危害风险程度分类为职业病危害严重项目。应进一步完善该化工企业噪声、粉尘超标岗位的职业病危害防护措施,同时加强个体防护,切实保障护劳动者的身体健康。

[Objective]Through the understanding of occupational hazards in a fertilizer producing enterprise of Chongqing,analyze its influence on the health of workers,evaluate the occupational disease prevention measures and their effects,and provide scientific basis for the occupational disease prevention and control work.[Methods]The occupational health field investigation and field occupational health inspection methods were used to evaluate the occupational hazards of the enterprise.[Results]The results of field test showed that the equivalent continuous sound level normalized to 8 hours in batching post,granulation post and drying post of the production line was 81.1-95.8,90.9-92.1 and 94.2-96.5 dB(A),respectively,exceeding the national standard.3-day maximum of time weighted average concentration(CTWA)of dust in batching post of manual production line,and the batching post and drying post of the production line was 8.3,58.3 and 23.3 mg/m3,respectively,exceeding the national standard.[Conclusion]The risk degree of the construction project in a fertilizer producing enterprise of Chongqing is classified as a serious project of occupational hazards.It is necessary to further improve the occupational hazards protection measures for the posts exposed to noise and dust in the chemical enterprise,and strengthen individual protection to ensure the health of the workers.
