摘要
目的了解心理护理对产后返岗护士工作应激的影响。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选择2016年7月—2018年2月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院工作产后返岗的38名护士作为调查对象,根据护理管理方法的不同分为观察组20例与对照组18例,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予心理护理管理,记录护士的工作应激变化情况。结果观察组护士经心理护理管理后工作应激评分为12.08±4.55,对照组护士经常规护理管理后工作应激评分为17.30±4.10,均低于护理前,且两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为100.0%,对照组为77.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在护理期间出现医嘱处理错误1例,护理差错发生率合计5.0%;对照组在护理期间出现医嘱处理错误2例,操作不当2例,漏执行医嘱3例,护理差错发生率合计38.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、偏执及精神病性评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对于产后返岗护士而言,心理护理可缓解其工作应激水平,提高护理工作的满意度,降低护理差错的发生,提高护士的生活质量。
[Objective]To explore the effects of psychological nursing on job stress of postpartum return nurses.[Methods]Using a retrospective study,38 postpartum return nurses who were working in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from July 2016 to February 2018 were divided into the the observation group(20 cases)and the control group(18 cases)according to different nursing management methods.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given psychological nursing management.The nurse’s occupational stress changes were recorded.[Results]The job stress score of the observation group and the control group after nursing management was 12.08±4.55 and17.30±4.10 respectively,both were lower than those before nursing management,and the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfa ction of the observation group an d the control group was 100.0%and77.8%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant between two grou ps(P<0.05).One case of doctor’s advice processing error occurred in the observation group during the nursing period,and the total incidence of nursing errors was 5.0%.In the control group,there were two cases of doctor’s advice processing error,two cases of improper operation and three cases of doctor’s advice missing execution during the nursing period,and the total incidence of nursing errors was 38.9%.The difference was statistically significant between two gr oups(P<0.05).The socres of somatization,compulsion,interpersona l sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoiaand psychotic in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).[Conclusion]Psychological nursing can alleviate the occupational stress level of postpartum return nurses,improve the satisfaction of nursing work,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors,and improve the quality of life of nurses.
