摘要
目的旨在了解护理研究生职业期望、自我效能感和学习动力现状的基础上,探讨自我效能感在两者关系中的中介作用。方法采用一般情况调查表、职业期望量表、护理专业学生学习动力评定量表、一般自我效能感量表对我国7所医学院校214名全日制在校护理研究生进行调查。结果护理研究生职业期望、自我效能感、学习动力得分分别为82.86±13.08、24.95±5.36、114.97±17.52。其中学习动力分别与职业期望中的声望地位及稳定性(P<0.05)和内在价值(P<0.01)呈正相关,与自我效能感呈正相关(P<0.01)。自我效能感分别与职业期望中的声望地位及稳定性(P<0.01)和内在价值(P<0.01)呈正相关。职业期望对学习动力的提高有直接影响作用,自我效能感在职业期望与学习动力的关系中具有部分中介作用。结论护理教育者在关注护理研究生职业期望和学习动力的同时,应注重自我效能感在学习中的积极作用。
[Objective]To understand the status of career expectation,self-efficacy and learning motivation of nursing students,explore the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between them.[Method]214 full-time nursing postgraduates in seven medical colleges were investigated by the general situation questionnaire,career expectation scale,learning motivation scale for nursing students,and general self-efficacy scale.[Results]The score of career expectation scale,general self-efficacy scale and learning motivation scale for nursing students was 82.86±13.08,24.95±5.36 and 114.97±17.52,respectively.Learning motivation was positively correlated with reputation and stability(P<0.05)and intrinsic value(P<0.01),and positively correlated with self-efficacy(P<0.01).Self-efficacy was positively correlated with reputation and stability(P<0.01)and intrinsic value(P<0.01).Career expectation had a direct impact on the improvement of learning motivation,and self-efficacy played a partial of mediating role in the relationship between career expectation and learning motivation.[Conclusion]Nursing educators should pay attention to nursing postgraduates’career expectations and learning motivation,and pay attention to the positive role of self-efficacy in learning.
