摘要
目的了解2015—2017年北京市昌平区食品中化学污染物及有害因素污染状况,及时发现食品安全隐患,为政府提供决策依据。方法随机选取2015—2017年北京市昌平区内的农贸市场、超市及网购平台进行样品采集,共采集食品样品573件,按照各类食品化学污染物和有害因素检测国家标准进行检测,并对数据进行分析。结果 2015—2017年北京市昌平区市售的120件水果样品中有4件检出农药残留结果超过国家标准限值,超标率为3.33%;40件豆芽样品中,24件检出4-氯苯氧乙酸,检出率为60.00%;50件水果中2件检出农药残留结果超过国家标准限量值,超标率为4.00%;75件样品中2件熏烧烤食品中检出的苯并(a)芘超过国家标准限量值,超标率为2.67%;32件畜肉中1件检出克伦特罗,检出率为3.13%;5件乌鸡样品中4件检出兽药超标和禁用药物;10件淡水鱼样品中1件检出禁用药物,检出率为10.00%。结论 2015—2017年北京市昌平区食品安全形势总体良好,但依然存在农药、兽药、有机污染物超标和检出禁用药物的现象,建议相关部门进一步加强监管,做好食品风险监测工作,保护人民群众身体健康。
[Objective]To understand the contamination status of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in the food of Changping District from 2015 to 2017,timely find the potential food safety hazards,and provide decision-making basis for the government.[Methods]573 food samples were randomly selected from agricultural markets,supermarkets and online shopping platforms in Changping District from 2015 to 2017.According to national standards for the detection of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food,the selected samples were tested and the data were analysed.[Results]The results of pesticide residues detection show that,in 120 fruit samples sold in Changping District of Beijing from 2015 to 2017,4 samples exceeded the standard limit,and the rate was 3.33%.In the 40 samples of bean sprouts,24 were detected to contain 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid,with the detection rate of 60.00%.In the results of pesticide residues detected of the 50 fruits samples,2 exceeded the national standard limit,the exceeded rate was 4.00%.Benzo(a)pyrene were detected in 2 of 75 smoked and barbecued food samples,exceeded the national standard limit,the exceeded rate was 2.67%.Clenbuterol was detected in 1 of 32 livestock meat samples,and the deteded rate was 3.13%.In the 5 black chicken samples,4 were detected to contain prohibited drugs,with high veterinary drugs(exceeded the standard).Prohibited drugs were detected in 1 of 10 freshwater fish samples,and the detected rate was 10.00%.[Conclusion]The food safety situation in Changping District of Beijing from 2015 to 2017 was generally good,but there were still phenomena of pesticides,veterinary drugs,organic pollutants exceeding the standard and prohibited drugs detected.It is suggested that the relevant departments further strengthen supervision,and do a good job in food risk monitoring to protect people’s health.
