摘要
目的对乌鲁木齐市5家三级甲等医院内分泌科护士情绪劳动对工作投入的影响进行探讨。方法 2018年1—10月,采用一般资料调查表、护士情绪劳动量表(中文版)及工作投入评价量表对乌鲁木齐市5家三级甲等医院的286名内分泌科护士进行问卷调查。结果乌鲁木齐市5家三级甲等医院268名内分泌科护士情绪劳动总得分为32.95±9.05,各维度得分由高到低分别为表面表现、情绪表达要求和深层表现;工作投入总得分为62.59±10.35,各维度得分由高到低分别为奉献、专注和活力。情绪劳动和工作投入得分及各维度得分之间均呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、文化程度、职称、工作年限、聘用形式的工作投入得分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多元分层回归结果显示,情绪劳动可以解释工作投入31.2%的变异(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市5所三级甲等医院268名内分泌科护士情绪劳动对工作投入有一定影响,护理管理者应根据不同护士的自身特点制订合理可行的心理疏导策略,提升护士的工作投入水平。
[Objective]To investigate the influence of emotional work on work engagement of nurses in endocrinology department of five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi.[Methods]The general information questionnaire,nurses’emotional labor scale(Chinese version)and job engagement evaluation scale were used to investigate 286 nurses in endocrinology department of five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi from January to October 2018.[Results]The total score of emotional labor of 286 nurses in endocrinology department of five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi was 32.95±9.05,and the dimension scores from high to low were:surface expression,emotional expression requirement and deep expression.The total score of work engagement was 62.59±10.35,and the dimension scores from high to low were:dedication,concentration and vitality.There was a significant negative correlation between the scores of emotional labor and the scores of work involvement and each dimension(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that the differences in total score of work engagement was statistically significant among different age,education level,professional title,working years and employment form(all P<0.05).The results of multivariate stratified regression showed that emotional labor could explain 31.2%variation of work input(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Among 286 nurses in endocrinology department of five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi,the emotional labor has a certain impact on job engagement.Nursing administrators should formulate reasonable and feasible psychological counseling strategies according to the characteristics of different nurses to improve the level of nurses’work engagement.
