精神科轮转护士职业价值观与歧视精神病患者态度的相关性分析

Correlation between professional values of rotating nurses in psychiatric department and discriminatory attitudes to patients with mental illness

目的探讨精神科轮转护士职业价值观与歧视精神病患者态度的相关性。方法 2017年1月1日—2018年8月31日,选择在常州市德安医院精神卫生中心轮转的127名护士作为研究对象,于轮转第1天结束后发放人口学资料问卷、护理职业价值观量表和歧视精神病患者态度评估量表进行调查,并分析护理职业价值观与歧视态度的相关性。结果精神科轮转护士的危险因子得分为19.76±6.93、隔离因子得分为24.98±6.14、能力因子得分为7.06±2.20、和及歧视总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);精神科轮转护士职业价值观与歧视精神病患者态度呈负相关关系(均P<0.05);护理职业价值观是影响精神科轮转护士歧视态度的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论精神科轮转护士歧视精神病患者态度直接影响从事精神科护理工作的意愿,护理职业价值观与歧视态度,是影响精神科轮转护士歧视精神病患者态度的主要因素。

[Objective]To explore the correlation between professional values of rotating nurses in psychiatric department and discriminatory attitudes to patients with mental illness.[Methods]A total of 127 rotating nurses were selected to be research objects from January 1,2017 to August 31,2018 in the Mental Health Center of Changzhou Dean Hospital.After the end of the first rotation day demographic data questionnaire,nursing professional values scale and attitude evaluation scale of discriminated mental patients were issued for investigation.The correlation between nursing values and discrimination attitudes was analyzed.[Results]The risk factor score of rotating nurses in psychiatric department was 19.76±6.93,isolating factor score was 24.98±6.14,ability factor score was 7.06±2.20,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between professional values of rotating nurses in psychiatric department and discriminatory attitudes to patients with mental illness(all P<0.05).The nursing professional values were the main factors influencing the discriminatory attitude of nurses in psychiatric rotation(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The discriminatory attitudes to patients with mental illness of rotatin g nurses in psychiatric department directly affect the willingness to engage in psychiatric nursing work.Nursing professional values and discriminatory attitudes are the main factors influencing the attitude of rotating psychiatric nurses to discriminate against psychiatric patients.
