摘要
目的探讨二胎护士的工作家庭冲突现状,并分析其对育儿胜任感的影响。方法 2017年10—12月,使用方便抽样,选取陕西省3所三甲医院中已生育二胎的148例临床护士作为研究对象。使用一般资料调查表、工作-家庭冲突量表和中文版育儿胜任感量表收集资料。结果研究对象工作-家庭冲突得分为58.64±12.13,其中时间冲突维度得分较高。育儿胜任感得分为60.35±8.82。经分层回归分析,一胎与二胎子女的年龄差、子女均经常生病和时间维度的工作-家庭冲突可影响临床二胎护士的育儿胜任感,且可解释总变异的51.0%。结论护理管理者应重视全面二胎政策对护理队伍的影响,在响应国家号召的同时,应稳步的采取措施保证临床护理服务质量,尤其需要关注二胎护士工作与家庭上的时间冲突性,在加大排班弹性的同时,也需获得护士家属对护士工作的理解与支持。
[Objective]To explore the status of work-family conflict of nurses with second child,analyze the influence on parenting se nse of competence.[Methods]148 clinical nurses with second child were collected from three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi Province by convenience sampling from October to December,2017.The basic data questionnaire,Work-Family Conflict Scale and Chinese version of Parenting Sense of Competence Scale were used to collect data.[Results]The score of work-family conflict was 58.64±12.13,with the highest in time conflict subscale.The score of parenting sense of competence was 60.35±8.82.After hierarchical regression analysis,age difference between two children,the frequent illness of the child and the work-family conflict in the time dimension could affect the parenting sense of competence,which could explain 51.0%of the total variation.[Conclusion]Nursing managers should pay attention to the influence of two-child policy on nursing team,and take steady measures to ensure the quality of clinical nursing service while responding to the national call,especially pay attention to the time conflict between the work and family in nurses with second child,and obtain the understanding and support of the nurse’s family.
