上海市某三甲医院护士自我接纳水平与应对方式的关系

Relationship between nurses’ self-acceptance level and coping style in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai

目的调查临床护士自我接纳水平和应对方式现状,并分析两者之间的关系。方法 2018年9月,采用一般情况调查表,自我接纳问卷和简易应对方式量表对上海市某三甲医院202名临床护士进行调查。结果医院护士自我接纳总分为42.29±4.40,积极应对方式维度均分为1.86±0.53,消极应对方式维度均分为1.38±0.37。相关分析显示,自我接纳总分及各因子得分与积极应对方式呈正相关(P<0.01),与消极应对方式呈负相关(P<0.01)。逐步回归分析显示,自我接纳总分对积极应对方式和消极应对方式均有一定的预测作用(R2=0.686、0.425)。结论护士自我接纳总体处于中等水平,尚有待提高,且自我接纳对应对方式有一定的预测作用。

[Objective]To investigate the status of self-acceptance level and coping style of clinical nurses,and analyze the relationship between them.[Methods]In September 2018,202 clinical nurses in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai were investigated by general situation questionnaire,self-acceptance questionnaire and simple coping style scale.[Results]The total score of hospital nurses’self-acceptance was 42.29±4.40,and the dimensions of positive coping style were 1.86±0.53,and the dimensions of negative coping style were 1.38±0.37.Correlation analysis showed that the total score of self-acceptance and each factor score were positively correlated with positive coping styl e(P<0.01)and negatively correlated with negative coping style(P<0.01).Stepwise regression analysis showed that the total score of self-acceptance had a prediction effect on both positive coping style and negative coping style(R2=0.686,0.425).[Conclusion]The self-acceptance of nurses is generally at a medium level and needs to be improved.
