绵阳市三级综合医院临床护士职业幸福感现状及影响因素

Current status and influencing factors of occupational well-being of clinical nurses in Tertiary General Hospitals of Mianyang City

目的了解绵阳市三级综合医院临床护士职业幸福感现状并分析其影响因素,以期为制定提升临床护士职业幸福感相关策略提供参考依据。方法于2018年2—9月采用一般资料问卷、临床护士职业幸福感量表,对绵阳市5家三级综合医院762名临床护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 762名三级综合医院临床护士职业幸福感总均分为137.28±11.99,处于中等水平。其中总体幸福感评分为6.05±1.21,自我效能感评分为3.85±0.38,关系和谐感评分为3.76±0.38,自我实现感评分为3.56±0.41,待遇与发展前景评分为3.34±0.43,组织认同感评分为3.18±0.36,工作-家庭冲突评分为3.06±0.30。多元回归分析显示:文化程度、职称、受聘性质、月收入和工作绩效满意度是三级综合医院临床护士职业幸福感的主要影响因素,可解释总变异49.6%。结论绵阳市三级综合医院临床护士职业幸福感处于中等水平,护理管理者应着重关注,根据影响因素制定多元化提升策略,促进护理队伍健康、可持续发展。

[Objective]To investigate the status of occupational well-being of clinical nurses in Mianyang City tertiary general hospitals and to analyze the influencing factors,in order to provide reference for formulating strategies to improve the professional well-being of clinical nurses.[Methods]Using the general information questionnaire,the clinical nurses’professional well-being scale was investigated from 762 clinical nurses in 5 tertiary general hospitals in Mianyang from February-September 2018.[Results]The total occupational well-being of clinical nurses in 762 tertiary general hospitals was 137.28±11.987,which was at a moderate level.The overall happiness score was 6.05±1.208,Self-efficacy score was 3.85±0.38.The organizational identity score was 3.18±0.36,and the work-family conflict score was 3.06±0.30.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that education level,professional title,nature of employment,monthly income and job performance satisfaction were the main influencing factors of occupational happiness of clinical nurses in tertiary general hospitals,which could explain the total variation of 49.6%.[Conclusion]The professional happiness of clinical nurses in Mianyang tertiary general hospital is at a medium level,so the nursing managers should pay attention to it and formulate diversified promotion strategies according to the influencing factors to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the nursing team.
