荆门市某化工厂工人眼化学伤临床分析

Clinical analysis of eye chemical injuries of workers in a chemical plant in Jingmen City

目的探讨荆门市某化工厂工人眼化学伤的发病特点及防治策略。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2018年1月到荆门市中医医院眼科就诊的荆门市某化工厂工人眼化学伤132例(217眼)。分析其病情分级、眼化学伤性质、就诊时间、现场冲洗时间以及不同并发症的发生等特点,分析防治策略。结果眼化学伤中轻度126眼(占58.1%),中度78眼(占35.9%),重度13眼(占6%);碱烧伤118眼(占54.4%),酸烧伤99眼(占45.6%);化学伤发生后未在1 h内就诊者并发症多见;眼部并发症的发生与患者现场冲洗时间的时长无明显关系。结论荆门市某化工厂工人眼化学伤的发病具有自身特点,加强安全宣传教育、化学伤后正确冲洗和及时就诊是预防并发症发生的有效措施。

[Objective]To investigate the clinical features,treatment and prevention strategies of chemical eye injuries for workers in a chemical plant in Jingmen City.[Methods]A retrospective analysis was done for 217 eyes of 132 cases chemical eye injuries patients who were workers in a chemical plant in Jingmen City and were treated in the Ophthalmology Department of Jingmen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,from January 2014 to January 2018.The degree of injury,characteristic of the eye chemical injury,treatment time,on-site flushing time and complications were analyzed,to explore the treatment and prevention strategies.[Results]In chemical injury cases,126 eyes(58.1%)were mild,78 eyes(35.9%)were moderate,13 eyes(6%)were severe.Among these injuries,118 eyes(54.4%)were alkali-burned and 9 9 eyes(45.6%)were acid-burned.The complications were more common of patients who did not visit the hospital within one hour after chemical injury.The incidence of ocular complications was not significantly related to the duration of on-site flushing.[Conclusion]There are special characteristics of eye chemical injury of workers in a chemical plant in Jingmen City.Strengthening safety propaganda and education,washing correctly after chemical injury and timely treatment are effective measures to prevent complications.
