摘要
叔丁基对苯二酚(t BHQ)是一种人工合成的酚型强抗氧化剂,能阻止或延阻食品中油脂氧化变质,广泛应用于油脂食品中,还可以减轻机体氧化应激损伤,本文对t BHQ在氧化应激介导的肾脏疾病、脑疾病、心脏和其他疾病中的作用进行综述。
Tert-butylhydroquinone(t BHQ)is a synthetic strong phenolic antioxidant,can prevent or prolo ng the oxidation deterioration of oils in food,which is widely used in oily food.It can also reduce the oxidative stress injury.The article reviews the role of t BHQ in oxidative stress mediated renal diseases,brain diseases,heart diseases and other diseases.
