摘要
随着抗生素的普遍使用,幽门螺杆菌(HP)的耐药率不断升高,耐药形势日益严峻,根除的成功率受到严重限制,如何控制其耐药菌株的产生、降低耐药率进而有效根除HP已成为世界重点关注的健康问题。本文将对HP耐药机制的研究现状及进展作一综述。
With the wide use of antibiotics,drug resistance rate of helicobacter pylori is constantly increasing,the drug resistance situation is increasingly serious and the success rate of eradication is severely limited.How to control the generation of its drug resistant strains,reduce the drug resistance rate and effectively eradicate HP has become a key health problem worldwide.In this paper,the research status and progress of resistance mechanism of helicobacter pylori will be reviewed.
