肇庆医学高等专科学校护理专业学生体质健康水平与头发中砷元素及饮食行为的关系

Relationship between physical health level and arsenic in hair,dietary behavior of nursing students in Zhaoqing Medical College

目的了解肇庆市护理专业学生体质健康水平与头发中砷元素及饮食行为之间的关系。方法 2017年对肇庆市护理专业学生进行体质健康测试和饮食行为的调查问卷,采集学生的头发测定砷元素的含量。结果分析问卷调查中喜食率排序第1食物的学生头发As元素含量,平均值最高的是城市喜食肉干鱼干类的学生(0.21±0.64)μg/g,其次是城镇喜食坚果类的学生(0.15±0.12)μg/g,最后是农村喜食肉干鱼干类的学生(0.20±0.10)μg/g。As元素的超标率城市>农村>城镇,3个地区超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。城市、城镇和农村组间体质健康测试的各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论城市学生的As元素的超标率最高,3个地区学生之间的体质健康测试项目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。砷元素含量处于低蓄积量,尚不能影响学生体质健康水平。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the physical health level and arsenic in hair,dietary behavior of nursing students in Zhaoqing Medical College.Methods In 2017,the physical fitness tests and questionnaire of dietary behavior were conducted on nursing students in Zhaoqing City,and their hair was collected to test the content of arsenic.Results By analyzing the As element content in hair of students according to their favorite food in questionnaire survey,it was found that the As element content in the hair of urban students who like to eat dried meat and dried fish was the highest(0.21±0.64)μg/g,followed by urban students who like to eat nut(0.15±0.12)μg/g,and that of rural students who like to eat dried meat and dried fish was the lowest(0.20±0.10)μg/g.The sequence of over standard rate of As element was urban area>rural area>town,and the difference in the over standard rate was statistically significant among three regions(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in indexes of physical health test among urban,town and rural groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The over standard rate of As element in urban students is the highest,and there are no statistically significant differences in indexes of physical health test among urban,town and rural groups(P>0.05).The content of arsenic is at a low level,which will not affect the students’physical health.
