大连市某危险品场站项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Evaluation of occupational hazard control effect of a dangerous goods station project in Dalian City

目的对大连市某危险品场站项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法 2018年10月通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集相关数据和资料。结果本项目主要职业病危害因素有戊烷、乙腈、氯苯、丙烯醇、乙二胺、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯、乙酸丁酯、液化石油气、重铬酸钠、硫酸、氢氧化钠、噪声、工频电场等,经检测,以上职业病危害因素浓度及强度均低于国家标准限值。结论大连市某危险品场站项目存在的职业病危害因素种类虽多,但其浓度极低,正常生产运行过程中发生中毒的可能性较小,职业病危害控制效果较好。

Objective To evaluate the occupational hazard control effect of a dangerous goods station project in Dalian City.Methods In October 2018,occupational health field survey,occupational health testing,occupational health examination and other methods were used to collect the relevant data.Results The main occupational hazard factors in the dangerous goods station project included pentane,acetonitrile,chlorobenzene,allyl alcohol,ethylenediamine,benzene,toluene,xylene,ethyl benzene,styrene,ethyl acetate,liquefied petroleum gas,sodium dichromate,sulfuric acid,sodium hydroxide,noise and frequency electric field.The detection results showed that the concentration and intensity of the above occupational disease hazards were lower than the national standard limits.Conclusion Although there are many kinds of occupational disease hazards in a dangerous goods station project in Dalian City,but theses concentrations are extremely low.The possibility of poisoning during normal production is less,and the occupational hazard control is effective.
