摘要
目的检测基于计算机的FM100-Hue(computer-based FM 100-hue,CBFM)的准确性和有效性,并计算该测试方法对辨色力定量检测的截断点,为民航航空人员色觉检查方法的完善和改进提供参考和依据。方法 2018年9—12月,对符合纳入标准的150名某空军学院本科学员进行人工FM100-Hue(Manual Farnsworth-Munsell 100-hue,MFM)测试仪和CBFM测试系统检测,分析两种测试方法结果的差异性,并建立CBFM测试系统定量测试的临界值。结果 CBFM与MFM的测试结果差异无统计学意义[(19.32±17.57)vs (19.58±17.36),P>0.05],且前者的测试时间小于后者[(10.85±2.77)min vs(12.56±2.86)min,P<0.05],两种方法的相关系数r=0.573(P<0.01)。结果显示,CBFM测试系统测试者的辨色力与其得分成反比。CBFM得分为32,为分辨颜色能力优秀与一般及较差的临界点,灵敏度(67.0%)和特异度(95.7%)均较高;CBFM得分为100,为分辨颜色能力较差与一般及优秀的临界点,灵敏度(98.4%)和特异度(98.9%)高。结论 CBFM易操作、准确性高,可量化分析测试者的辩色能力,该测试方法可为民航航空人员色觉检查方法的完善和准确提供参考和基础。
Objective To explore the accuracy and validity of computer-based FM 100-hue(CBFM),discuss the cut-off point for quantitative detection of color discrimination,and provide reference and basis for the improvement of color detection methods for civil aviation personnel.Methods 150 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were tested by Manual Farnsworth-Munsell 100-hue(MFM)instrument and CBFM test system from September-December 2018.The differences between the two test methods were analyzed,and the critical value of quantitative evaluation for CBFM test system was established.Results The results of CBFM test system were consistent with those of MFM test instrument[(19.32±17.57)vs(19.58±17.36),P>0.05],and the test time of the former was less than that of the latter((10.85±2.77)min vs(12.56±2.86)min,P<0.05)The correlation coefficient R of two methods was 0.573(P<0.01).The results of CBFM showed that color discrimination was inversely proportional to his score.The CBFM score of 32 was the critical point for identifying the color discrimination of excellent and general,with high sensitivity(67.0%)and specificity(95.7%).The CBFM score of 100 was the critical point for identifying the color discrimination of poor and general,with high sensitivity(98.4%)and specificity(98.9%).Conclusion CBFM is simple operation and high accuracy,and can quantitatively analyze color discrimination ability of subjects.The method can provide reference and basis for the improvement and accuracy of color vision inspection methods for civil aviation personnel.
