摘要
目前关于护士组织沉默与人格特征关系的研究较少,且组织沉默是一个较为复杂的心理活动。护士组织沉默的研究主要包括形成原因、组织沉默产生的影响和组织沉默的测量三方面。本文归纳总结了组织沉默和大五人格的定义、维度、国内研究现状,综述护士组织沉默和大五人格特征的关系进展,对如何降低护士组织沉默的措施进行阐述。通过对国内相关研究文献的回顾分析,旨在为指导护理实践、完善本领域进一步深入研究提供参考依据。
At present,there are few studies on the relationship between organizational silence and personality characteristics of nurses,and organizational silence is a complex psychological activity.The research on nurses’organizational silence mainly includes three aspects:the causes of formation,the effects of organizational silence and the measurement of organizational silence.This paper summarizes the definition,dimension and domestic research status of organizational silence and Big Five personality,reviews the progress of the relationship between organizational silence and Big Five personality characteristics of nurses,and expounds the measures to reduce organizational silence of nurses.Through the retrospective analysis of domestic related research literature,the purpose of this paper is to provide references for guiding nursing practice and improving further research in this field.
