金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病疗效Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Jingui Shenqi Wan in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的采用Meta分析的方法系统评价金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法通过检索CNKI、万方数据库、VIP、CBM及Pub Med数据库,收集金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病的随机对照试验,根据纳入、排除文献标准和结局指标对所有文献进行筛选,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献10篇,累计患者716例。Meta分析结果显示,金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病,与对照组相比,可显著提高临床疗效[OR=3.53,95%CI(2.37,5.25),P <0.000 01]并降低24 h尿蛋白[MD=-0.29,95%CI(-0.48,-0.11),P=0.002]、血肌酐[MD=-26.31,95%CI(-43.43,-9.19),P=0.003]、尿素氮[MD=-1.06,95%CI(-2.07,-0.04),P=0.04]和餐前血糖水平[MD=-0.50,95%CI(-0.85,0.14),P=0.006]。结论金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jingui Shenqi Wan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by Meta-analysis system.Methods Randomized controlled trials of Jingui Shenqi Wan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy was collected by searching CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM and PubMed databases.All literatures were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and outcome measures.Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 10 pieces of literature were included,with a total of 716 patient.Meta-analysis showed that patent formulation of Jingui Shenqi Wan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy improved the clinical effect than control group obviously [OR=3.53,95% CI(2.37,5.25),P<0.000 01],decreased 24 h UP [MD=-0.29,95%CI(-0.48,-0.11),P=0.002],Scr[MD=-26.31,95%CI(-43.43,-9.19),P=0.003],BUN [MD=-1.06,95%CI(-2.07,-0.04),P=0.04],and FPG [MD=-0.50,95%CI(-0.85,0.14),P=0.006].Conclusion Jingui Shenqi Wan had accuracy curative effect to treat diabetic nephropathy.
