Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Tongbi Prescription

目的探讨自拟通痹方治疗气滞血瘀兼寒湿阻络型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2017年10月-2018年10月吉林大学第一医院中医科门诊气滞血瘀兼寒湿阻络型腰椎间盘突出症的患者88例,分成观察组及对照组,观察组给予腰椎间盘突出症穴位针刺配合口服自拟通痹方,对照组给予甲钴胺片配合腰椎间盘突出症穴位针刺。连续治疗1个疗程后对比两组患者治疗前后的症状积分,统计临床疗效。结果口服自拟通痹方结合腰椎间盘突出症穴位针刺治疗前后总有效率85.29%、JOA疼痛评分P <0.05、具有统计学意义,且观察组优于对照组。结论口服自拟通痹方结合针刺治疗气滞血瘀兼寒湿阻络型腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,能改善腰椎间盘微循环,减轻患者疼痛感。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of self-made Tongbi prescription in treating lumbar disc herniation with stagnation of qi and blood stasis and cold dampness blocking collaterals.Methods 88 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of qi stagnation,blood stasis and cold dampness obstructing collaterals were selected from the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine of the First Hospital of Jilin University from October 2017 to October 2018.They were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given acupoint acupuncture of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation combined with oral Tongbi prescription,while the control group was given methylcobalt amines combined with lumbar disc herniation acupuncture points.After one course of treatment,symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 85.29% and JOA pain score was P<0.05 before and after the treatment of Tongbi prescription combined with acupoint acupuncture for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.The observation group was superior to the control group.Conclusion Oral Tongbi prescription combined with acupuncture for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has remarkable effect in treating lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasiscombined with cold dampness obstruction collateral type.It can improve the microcirculation of lumbar intervertebral disc,alleviate the pain of patients.
