头项部腧穴治疗中风后尿失禁的选穴规律

Rule of the Head and Nape Acupoint Selection in the Treatment of Urinary Incontinence after Stroke

目的分析近10年头项部腧穴治疗中风后尿失禁的现代文献,并整理出相应选穴规律。方法通过CNKI、CECDB搜索关于针刺头项部腧穴治疗中风后尿失禁的相关论文,并计算出使用总数及各个腧穴的使用次数、所占比例,从而对腧穴的归经及治疗特点进行分析。结果选出62篇文献,涉及百会等10个穴位、头皮针、头部穴位透刺、眼针及耳针,以上各个穴位共出现105次,其中头皮针使用最多,督脉腧穴其次。结论中风后尿失禁的治疗中,头项部取穴的主要原因为醒脑开窍、调理督脉。

Objective Analyse the rules of the head and nape acupoint selection in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke during the recent decade modern document literature.Methods select the clinical literratures about the head and nape acupoints in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke in CNKI and CECDB,work out how many times the every acupoint used,the scale they had,then to analyse the jingluo which the acupoints in and feature of the treatment.Results sixty two literatures were selected,including 10 acupoints,scalp acupuncture,head acupoint penetration,eye acupuncture and ear acupuncture,which appeared 105 times,among which scalp acupuncture was the most used,and Du meridian acupoint was the second.Conclusion The mainly treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke are regulating Du meridian and refreshment and inducing resuscitation.
