紫菀化学成分及药理作用研究进展

查阅并分析近年来国内外有关紫菀研究的相关文献。紫菀的化学成分有萜类、肽类、黄酮类、蒽醌类、香豆素类、甾醇及有机酸类等,其药理学作用十分广泛,有抗菌、抗肿瘤、镇咳、祛痰、平喘、抗病毒、抗氧化活性等作用。紫菀化学成分丰富,药理活性广泛,目前有关镇咳、祛痰、平喘方面的药理作用较为深入,但通利大小便的药理活性研究不够深入,有待进一步研究。

To review and analyze the related literatures about the research on Aster in China and other countries in recent years.The chemical composition of Aster is terpenoids,peptides,coumarins,flavonoids,anthraquinones,sterols and organic acids,its pharmacological effects are very broad,with antibacterial,antitumor,antitussive,expectorant,Antiasthmatic,anti-virus,anti-oxidant activity and so on.Aster is rich in chemical components and has wide range of pharmacological activities.At present,the pharmacological effects of antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects are rather in-depth.However,the research on the pharmacological activities of defecation is not deep enough and needs further study.
