钱先教授结合《金匮要略》论治白塞病

Professor QIAN Xian in the Treatment of Behcet Disease by Combining Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

白塞病,中医称之为"狐惑病"。张仲景《金匮要略》对其有较详细的论述,认为狐惑病乃湿热化生虫毒所致,应以甘草泻心汤为主方,治疗上以清热燥湿、和中解毒为原则。钱先教授结合《金匮要略》指导现代白塞病的治疗。认为初期病机为湿热内蕴,疮毒内扰,治以清热燥湿,和中解毒,方用张仲景《金匮要略》之甘草泻心汤加减;后期湿毒不化,目黑酿脓,治以《金匮要略》之赤小豆当归散清热利湿、行瘀排脓。外治方面:前阴溃疡可用苦参汤外洗,后阴溃疡可用雄黄熏之。

Behcet’s disease, called Huhuobing(throat-anus-genital syndrome) in Chinese medicine, is discussed in moredetail in ZHANG Zhongjing’s Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. It is believed that throat-anus-genital syndrome is caused by dampness and heat, which is caused by insect toxin, and should be mainly prescribed by Gancao Xiexin decoction, which should be treated by clearing heat, removing dampness and toxicity. Professor QIAN Xian guides the treatment of Behcet’s disease with Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, and thinks that the initial pathogenesis is internal retention of damp-heat, toxicity and phlegm-heat attacking internally, it should be treated with clearing heat, removing dampness and toxicity, Gancao Xiexin decoction is the main prescription. Later pathogenesis is damp toxin does not changing, it should be treated with clearing heat and dampness, removing blood stasis and pus, Chixiaodou Danggui powder is the main prescription. External treatments introduce that anterior vaginal ulcer can be washed by Kushen decoction, posterior vaginal ulcer can be fumigated by realgar.
