摘要
理中汤首见于东汉末年张仲景所著的《伤寒杂病论》,由人参,干姜,生白术,炙甘草组成,主治中焦虚寒,是温中散寒的经典名方。随着后世医者不断的临床实践,理中汤应用于临床各科。朝医周命新所编纂的《医门宝鉴》中载有6则关于理中汤应用的医案。对周命新理中汤医案的研究,有助于进一步掌握理中汤的使用方法,抛砖引玉,使经方在临床上得以广泛应用,提高临床疗效。
Lizhong decoction was first appeared in ZHANG Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile Diseases in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. It is composed of ginseng, dried ginger, raw Atractylodes macrocephala and roasted licorice. It is a classical prescription for treating deficiency-cold in middle jiao. It has been used for thousands of years and lasted for a long time. With the continuous clinical practice of the later medical practitioners, the application of Lizhong decoction to all clinical departments has a remarkable effect. Six medical cases about the application of Lizhong decoction are included in Yimen Baojian, which is compiled by ZHOU Mingxin, a Korean doctor. The application of Lizhong decoction is flexible and ingenious. This paper studies ZHOU Mingxin’s understanding of the clinical theory and method of Lizhong decoction in order to enhance the scope of clinical application of aspirin and improve the clinical efficacy.
