南征教授运用中药治疗消渴气阴两虚挟瘀证的研究

Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic of Qi-yin Deficiency with Blood-stasis Syndrome by Professor NAN Zheng

目的观察南征教授运用中药治疗消渴气阴两虚挟瘀证的疗效。方法选取符合入选标准的消渴患者73例,随机分成观察组43例和对照组30例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍片,0.85 g/次,1次/d,随餐口服,观察组给予中药辨证治疗。治疗2个疗程,共8周,分别观察2组疗效。结果治疗后观察组的总有效率90.6%,对照组的总有效率86.7%,2组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)均下降,且观察组下降幅度更为明显(P <0.05)。结论南征教授运用中药治疗消渴气阴两虚挟瘀证,可使病人达到"阴平阳秘",从根本上治疗消渴病。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Professor NAN Zheng using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic of qi-yin deficiency with blood-stasis syndrome. Methods Seventy-three patients with diabetes who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(n = 43) and control groups(n = 30).Patients in the control group were given metformin hydrochloride tablets, 0.85 g/tablet, 1/d with meal. Patients in the observation group were treated with TCM syndrome dif ferentiation. They were treated for two courses of treatment for 8 weeks, the effects of the two groups were observed separately after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.6%, and that of the control group was 86.7%. Fasting blood glucose(FPG), postprandial blood glucose(PBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c) decreased in both groups, and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Professor NAN Zheng uses traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetic of qi-yin deficiency with blood-stasis syndrome, which can make the patient achieve the balance of yin and yang, and fundamentally treat the diabetic.
