薏苡败酱汤对早期肉芽肿乳腺炎患者白细胞计数、中性粒细胞及超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effects of Yiyi Baijiang Decoction on Leukocyte Count,Neutrophil and CRP in Patients with Early Stage Granuloma Mastitis

目的探讨薏苡败酱汤中药免煎颗粒对早期肉芽肿乳腺炎患者白细胞计数、中性粒细胞及CRP的影响。方法选择肉芽肿乳腺炎发病初期女性200例,并随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者给予抗生素等常规疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,加用薏苡败酱汤免煎颗粒进行治疗。对比分析治疗后2组炎症指标的变化。结果观察组患者在治疗后第3天、第5天、第7天3个时间点,白细胞计数、中性粒细胞、CRP水平均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论薏苡败酱汤可清热解毒、抗炎消肿,从而降低白细胞计数、降低中性粒细胞水平及血浆CRP浓度,对降低肉芽肿乳腺炎初期患者的血清炎症指标有较好疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiyi Baijiang decoction on the white blood cell count, neutrophil and CRP in patients with early-stage granulomatous mastitis. Methods 200 women with early stage granuloma mastitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received antibiotics and other conventional therapies. On the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with Yiyi Baijiang decoction. The changes of inflammatory indexes in two groups were compared after treatment. Results The leukocyte count, neutrophils and CRP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th day after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion Yiyi Baijiang decoction can clear heat and detoxify, resist inflammation and reduce swelling, thus reducing leukocyte count, neutrophil level and plasma CRP concentration. It has a good effect on reducing serum inflammation index of patients with granulomatous mastitis at the early stage.
