摘要
目的探讨补肾养血煎剂对特应性皮炎豚鼠模型肾上腺脏器系数影响的实验研究。方法通过丙酮激发豚鼠,模拟特应性皮炎皮损,分别造成A组急性特应性皮炎模型与B组建立亚急性/慢性特应性皮炎模型,2组均分为模型对照组、阳性药物对照组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组,分别应用生理盐水、盐酸西替利嗪片、补肾养血煎剂治疗。对豚鼠模型肾上腺脏器系数进行测定,摘取肾上腺并称重,计算脏器系数。结果特应性皮炎豚鼠A、B模型组与空白对照组比较,肾上腺系数降低(P <0.01)。与A、B模型组比较,A、B阳性药物组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组肾上腺系数均明显增高(P <0.01)。A组阳性药物组与中药高剂量组比较,中药高剂量可提高肾上腺系数(P <0.05)。结论补肾养血煎剂可以提高豚鼠模型肾上腺脏器系数,对实验性特应性皮炎有治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Yangxue decoction on adrenal organ coefficient in guinea pigs with atopic dermatitis. Methods Guinea pigs were stimulated by acetone to simulate atopic dermatitis lesions.Subacute/chronic atopic dermatitis models were established in group A and group B respectively. The two groups were divided into model control group, positive drug control group, high-dose group and low-dose group of traditional Chinese medicine. They were treated with saline, cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and Bushen Yangxue decoction respectively. The adrenal organ coefficients of guinea pigs were measured, and the adrenal glands were extracted and weighed, and the organ coefficients were calculated. Results The adrenal coefficient of model A and B guinea pigs with atopic dermatitis was lower than that of blank control group(P < 0.01). Compared with model group A and B,the adrenal coefficient of positive drug group A and B, high dose group and low dose group of traditional Chinese medicine increased significantly(P < 0.01). Comparison between positive drug A group and high dose group of traditional Chinese medicine, high dose of traditional Chinese Medicine can increase adrenal coefficient(P < 0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yangxue decoction can improve the adrenal organ coefficient of guinea pig model and has therapeutic effect on experimental atopic dermatitis.
