《丹溪心法》“痰证”理论及其在中风病的应用

文章重点阐述朱丹溪的"痰证"理论,探讨其从痰诊治中风病的临床应用。朱丹溪汲取百家特长新创"痰门",《丹溪心法》详细地记载了"痰证"理论。朱丹溪强调,"百病中多兼有痰者",对痰成因、辨治提出了新的见解,将"血虚有痰"作为中风病的辨治关键。主张中风病"治痰为先,次养血活血",并提倡"左右细分辨治""因人施治""虚实兼顾,轻重制宜""症法合参"等治法及方药。

This paper focuses on ZHU Danxi’s theory of phlegm syndrome and the clinical application in diagnosis and treatment of apoplexy from phlegm.ZHU Danxi draws on the expertise of different physicians to create a new'phlegm gate'and records the'phlegm syndrome'in detail in Danxi Xinfa.ZHU Danxi emphasized that'phlegm being common in all diseases'.He put forward new views on the causes and treatment of phlegm,and regarded blood deficiency with phlegm as the key to the differentiation and treatment of apoplexy.ZHU Danxi advocated dissipating phlegm should be the first in stroke,followed by nourishing blood and activating blood circulation.At the same time,he also advocated a variety of prescriptions,such as'treatment based on syndrome differentiation of left and right subdivision''Treatment in accordance with patient’s individuality''Syndrome differentiation of excess and deficiency,treatment in accordance with degree of illness'and'comprehensive analysis to symptoms'.
