乌灵芪贞方改善胰岛素抵抗及对炎症因子的作用机制研究 被引量:3

Effect of Wuling Qizhen Prescription on Improving Insulin Resistance and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

摘要 目的观察乌灵芪贞方对代谢综合征患者糖代谢、脂代谢、胰岛素敏感性等的影响及对炎症因子的作用机制。方法选择60例代谢综合征患者,根据随机双盲的原则分为2组(中药治疗组和安慰剂对照组)。中药治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上加用乌灵芪贞方颗粒剂(乌梅、灵芝、黄芪、女贞子),对照组30例在常规治疗基础上加用安慰剂颗粒。结果中药治疗组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、HOMA-IR均较治疗前显著降低(p <0.01),中药治疗组患者的BMI、TNF-α、IL-6亦均较本组治疗前降低(p <0.05),且治疗后中药治疗组患者BMI、HOMA-IR、IL-6明显下降,显著优于安慰剂对照组(p <0.01),治疗组患者治疗后血糖、TNF-α亦优于安慰剂对照组(p <0.05)。结论乌灵芪贞方能有效改善代谢综合征患者糖代谢、脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗,提高胰岛素敏感性,其作用机制可能与乌灵芪贞方能够有效调控人体内炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6的水平有关。 Objective To observe the effects of Wuling Qizhen prescription on glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity in patients with metabolic syndrome and the mechanism of inflammatory factors.Methods 60 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups(Chinese medicine group and placebo group)according to the principle of random and double blindness.30 cases in the Chinese medicine treatment group were added with Wuling Qizhen prescription granules on the basis of routine treatment,while 30 cases in the control group were given placebo granules on the basis of routine treatment.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and HOMA-IR were significantly lower in the Chinese medicine treatment group than in the pre-treatment group(P<0.01),the treatment group of patients with BMI,TNF-a,IL-6 also were lower before the treatment group(P<0.05),after treatment,the BMI,HOMA-IR,IL-6 of the patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the placebo group(P<0.01).After treatment,blood glucose and TNF-a in the treatment group was also better than that in the placebo control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuling Qizhen prescription can effectively improve the metabolic syndrome in patients with glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and insulin resistance,improve insulin sensitivity,the mechanism may be related to Wuling Qizhen prescription can effectively regulated in the human body inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-6 levels.
