宝心宁中药复方胶囊的制备工艺研究

Preparation Technology of Baoxinning Capsules of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine

目的采用正交试验的方法,建立宝心宁胶囊最佳的制备工艺。方法采用正交试验的方法,优化宝心宁胶囊的水提取工艺,考察指标为斯皮诺素含量。结果最佳工艺为煎煮3次,每次1.5 h,加水量为8倍量。结论宝心宁胶囊的优选工艺,适于工业生产,稳定可行。

Objective To established the best preparation technology of Baoxinning capsule by orthogonal test.Methods The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the water extraction process using the content of Spinosin as indicators.Results The best process is to cook for 3 times,1.5 h each time,and the quantity of water is 8 times.Conclusion The preparation process of Baoxinning capsules was simple and convenient that can be used for industrial production.
