中西医治疗糖尿病足的临床研究进展

Progress in Clinical Research on Diabetic foot treated by traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

糖尿病足是糖尿病患者血管神经病变最严重的并发症,主要表现在肢体缺血、疼痛、感染甚至出现溃疡、坏疽。糖尿病足的病程比较长,病情缠绵难愈,病机复杂多样,因此中西医从不同的病因病机进行论述,并采用不同的特色方法进行治疗。中西医治疗各具特色,从不同的角度发挥优势,并且治疗效果明显优于单纯的西医治疗,在现代临床上被积极广泛应用。通过对相关文献的分析,旨在对临床有指导性的意义及展开今后的研究发展方向。

Diabetic foot is the most serious complication of vascular neuropathy in diabetic patients.It is characterized by limb ischemia,pain,infection and even ulcers and gangrene.The course of diabetic foot is relatively long,the disease is difficult to heal,the pathogenesis is complex and diverse;so Chinese and Western medicine from different etiology and pathogenesis are discussed,and adopt different characteristics of treatment.Traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has its own characteristics and advantages from different angles,and the therapeutic effect is obviously superior to that of simple western medicine treatment,which has been actively and widely used in modern clinical practice.Through the analysis of the relevant literature,the aim is to provide guidance to clinical practice and to develop the future research direction.
