中医药治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病的应用及现代研究进展

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome and Recent Progress

通过查阅近些年国内外对冠心病痰瘀互结型现代研究和中医药在治疗该疾病方面的应用,总结中西医在治疗冠心病痰瘀互结型的用药规律以指导临床。检索近5年来中国知网、万方全文数据库的文献,从中医理论溯源、方药治则、现代医学基础研究、治疗方式等方面阐述冠心病痰瘀互结型的中医应用以及现代研究进展。中医药在辨证理论的指导下能够"以人为中心"对症治疗。而现代医学通过对疾病的基础研究,为疾病的发生发展提供了科学的解释,两者结合可显著提高临床疗效。对冠心病痰瘀互结型的研究从中医基础理论的追溯到"痰瘀同治"的理论提出,再到基础医学从分子生物学对"痰瘀"的证实,都为冠心病的进一步研究提供了新的方向。

To summarize the medication rule of TCM and Western medicine in treating phlegm-blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease(CHD)by reviewing the modern research on phlegm-blood stasis syndrome of CHD at home and abroad in recent years and the application of TCM in treating CHD.Retrieving the literatures of the CNKI and Wanfang database in the past five years,the application of TCM and modern research progress of phlegmblood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease were expounded from the aspects of TCM theory tracing,prescription and medicine treatment principles,basic research of modern medicine and treatment methods.Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation theory,Chinese medicine can be'human centered'symptomatic treatment.Modern medicine provides a scientific explanation for the occurrence and development of diseases through the basic research of diseases.The combination of the two medical theories can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.From the basic theory of TCM to the theory of'phlegm and blood stasis treatment',from basic medicine to molecular biology,it provides a new direction for the further study of coronary heart disease.
