摘要 中医认为气机的运行与疾病的发生具有密切联系,正所谓"百病皆生于气"。了解脏腑之间的气机运行规律,通过调畅气机升降治愈疾病是中医特有的一种治疗手段。通常将脏腑气机的运动形式比喻成一个"圆",其与肝与肺,心与肾,脾与胃,肺与大肠、膀胱之间的功能相关。如运用左肝右肺之法治疗久嗽、鼓胀,心肾相交之法治疗不寐、心悸、遗精,脾胃升降之法治疗中焦湿邪,提壶揭盖之法治疗癃闭、便秘。结合药物性味升降理论探讨中医气机运动形式及具体方药的应用,对于更好地理解中医整体治疗思维及古人遣方用药的真谛具有借鉴意义。 Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the operation of qi movement is closely related to the occurrence of disease,it is called'all diseases are born in qi',so it is known that the regulation of qi movement in the viscera,and the cure of disease by regulating the qi movement is a special treatment for the TCM.Usually,the movement form of viscera qi movement is described a'circle',which is related to the function of liver and lung,heart and kidney,spleen and stomach,lung and large intestine,and bladder,such as the method of left liver and right lung is used to treat long-term cough and bulging,the method of heart and kidney intersecting to treat insomnia,palpitation and spermatorrhea,the method of spleen and stomach ascending and descending in the treatment of Middle Jiao damp pathogen,the method of removing the lid of the pot to treat retention of urine and constipation.And combine with the rise and fall of herbal medicine property and flavor theory,to discuss the movement form of TCM qi theroy,and better understand the application of the Chinese medicinal formulae,it is of referential significance to understand the TCM holistic treatment and the essence of ancient medicine thinking.
