前列活血通络汤联合八正散治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎

Qianlie Huoxue Tongluo Decoction Combined with Bazheng Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Nonbacterial prostatitis

目的探讨自拟前列活血通络汤联合八正散对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者疗效及炎症因子的影响。方法选择2015年2月-2016年1月在本院确诊治疗的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者70例,以随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各35例。对照组予前列通瘀胶囊,治疗组在此基础上予自拟前列活血通络汤联合八正散。观察比较2组临床疗效、NIH-CPSI及中医证候评分改善情况,以及其对炎症因子的影响。结果观察组总有效率91.43%,优于对照组的68.57%(P <0.05);观察组治疗后患者的IL-6、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α水平均显著低于治疗前(P <0.05),且优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后NIH-CPSI和中医证候评分分别为(14.21±4.15)分和(5.36±1.27)分,优于对照组的(18.53±5.22)分和(6.08±1.49)分(P <0.05)。结论自拟前列活血通络汤联合八正散治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎,可降低炎症因子水平,改善患者的免疫异常状况,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the influence of curative effect andinflammatory factors by Qianlie Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with Bazheng powder on chronic patients with nonbacterial prostatitis.Methods 70 cases who were diagnosed as chronic patients with nonbacterial patients from February 2015 to January 2016 were researched,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with Qianlie Tongyu capsule,the treatment group was given Qianlie Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with Bazheng powder.Observed and compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups,analyzed the expression of inflammatory factors in patients,and compared the two groups of NIH-CPSI and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.43%,which was better than 68.57%of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αin the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and they were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of NIH-CPSI and TCM syndrome in the observation group were(14.21±4.15)and(5.36±1.27),respectively,which were better than those in the control group(18.53±5.22 and 6.08±1.49,P<0.05).Conclusion Qianlie Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with Bazheng powder are effective in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis patients,which can significantly reduce the expression of inflammatory factor,improve the immune abnormality of patients and the quality of life.
