不同剂型五味消渴方治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

Different Dosage Type of Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究不同剂型五味消渴方对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及临床症状疗效的差异,并对其作用机制进行探讨。方法选取2017年11月-2018年11月我院80例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为2组,观察组及对照组各40例。观察组使用浓缩丸治疗,对照组使用汤剂治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血糖变化情况及临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率82.5%,与观察组总有效率80.0%比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组患者FPG及2 hPG水平均显著低于治疗前(P <0.05),但观察组与对照组对改善血糖情况疗效未见明显差别(P> 0.05)。结论五味消渴方2种剂型均能有效改善患者血糖情况,丸剂与汤剂降糖效果无明显差异,但丸剂发生不良反应少。

Objective To study the difference of blood glucose level and clinical symptom effect of different dosage of Wuwei Xiaoke decoction in patients with type 2 diabetes,and to discuss its mechanism.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,80 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The observation group was treated with concentrated pills and the control group with decoction.To observe the changes of blood glucose level and clinical efficacy before and after treatment in two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of 82.5%in the control group was not statistically significant compared with 80.0%in the observation group(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of FPG and 2 hPG in two groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the effect of observation group and control group on improving blood glucose(P>0.05).Conclusion The two dosage forms of Wuwei Xiaoke decoction can effectively improve the blood glucose of patients.There is no significant difference between pill and soup to reduce blood glucose,but there are few adverse reactions.
