六君丹参颗粒对气虚痰瘀型高血压患者血压变异性的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Liujun Danshen Granules on Blood Pressure Variability in Patients with Hypertension of Qi-deficiency and Phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome

摘要 目的观察六君丹参颗粒对气虚痰瘀型高血压患者的治疗有效性及血压变异性的影响。方法将80例气虚痰瘀型高血压患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,2组患者均口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片5 mg,每日1次治疗,治疗组加用中药六君丹参颗粒(由陈皮、法半夏、党参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草、丹参、砂仁、檀香、水蛭、桂枝等药物组成);2组疗程均为4周,治疗前后使用动态血压监测2组血压变异性,评价六君丹参颗粒的疗效及对血压变异性的影响。结果治疗后2组患者平均血压及血压变异性均降低,治疗组血压降低幅度较对照组大,血压变异性明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论高血压患者应用西药控制血压的同时配合六君丹参颗粒有利于降低血压,减小血压变异性。 Objective To investigate the effect of Liujun Danshen granules on the effectiveness of treatment and blood pressure variability(BPV)of hypertension patients with qi-deficiency and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 80 hypertension patients with qi-deficiency and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,both groups were given Amlodipine Besylate tablets,5 mg once a day,and treatment group was given oral use of Liujun Danshen granules additionally(Composed of tangerine peel,pinellia,codonopsis pilosula,white atractylodes rhizome,poria,radix glycyrrhizae,danshen,fructus amomi,sandalwood,leech,cassia twig and others).Four weeks constituted one treatment course,the blood pressure variabilities of ambulatory blood pressure were monitored in two groups before and after treatment,and the effect of Liujun Danshen granules on BPV was evaluated.Results The BPV of both groups have been declined.Treatment group was better than control group in declinning BPV(P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to reduce blood pressure and decrease BPV in patients with hypertension by using chemical drug while cooperating with Liujun Danshen granules.
