中药对皮肤屏障功能修复作用的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Repairing the Skin Barrier Function

皮肤屏障对机体内环境稳态起着重要作用,其功能的异常贯穿于众多皮肤疾病的病理过程中。近年来,从皮肤屏障功能角度对中药治疗皮肤病的作用研究取得了显著的进展。口服中药主要以健脾益气、养血祛风和清热解毒等治法为主,而中药外用对皮肤屏障修复同样有较好疗效,主要以清热药、活血祛瘀药和解表药为主。

The skin barrier plays an important role in the homeostasis of the body,and the abnormal function of the barrier runs through the pathological process of many skin diseases.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the study of the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dermatosis from the angle of skin barrier function.Oral traditional Chinese medicines are mainly used for invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,nourishing blood and dispelling wind,clearing heat and detoxifying.Meanwhile,the external use of traditional Chinese medicine also has a good effect on the repair of skin barrier,mainly with heat-clearing drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs and antiepileptic drugs.
