温潜法辨治肺癌思路浅析

临床发现,正虚为肺癌发病之内因,癌毒内侵为发病病机,对于下焦虚寒、虚阳上浮者,主张辨证使用温潜法。温潜法通过温阳药与潜镇药的配伍,可使外浮之阳回归本位,水火阴阳回归常态,临床中应用广泛。另外,在治疗中尤应重视阳气的固护,忌投大量清热解毒药物。温潜法对改善患者症状、提高生活质量等有显著疗效,为临床中医药辨治恶性肿瘤提供思路。
