箭羽散对湿热型痛风性关节炎患者血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α表达的影响

Effect of Jianyu Powder on the Expression of Serum IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in Patients with Gouty Arthritis of Damp-heat Type

目的探究箭羽散对湿热型痛风性关节炎患者血清白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin 1β,IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin 6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)表达的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2017年6月于我院接受治疗的湿热型痛风性关节炎患者60例,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组、箭羽散组各30例。对照组患者使用双氯芬酸钠进行治疗,箭羽散组在对照组治疗基础上外敷箭羽散进行联合治疗。对两组患者进行VAS、NRS-11评分以及中医证候评分,免疫透射比浊法检测血尿酸(Uric acid,UA)、红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、C反应蛋白(Commercial Rent Planning,CRP)水平,酶联免疫吸附试验法检测血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平,统计两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后箭羽散组患者VAS评分、各项NRS-11评分、主症评分、次症评分、UA、ESR、CRP、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。箭羽散组患者总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论使用箭羽散对湿热型痛风性关节炎患者进行治疗,能够明显改善患者临床症状,调控UA、ESR、CRP水平,抑制血清炎症因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的表达,治疗效果显著,且不良反应较少。

Objective To explore the effect of Jianyu powder on the expression of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in patients with damp-heat gouty arthritis.Methods Sixty patients with damp-heat gouty arthritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and Jianyu powder group with 30 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium,while the patients in the Jianyu powder group were treated with combination of external application of Jianyu powder on the basis of the treatment in the control group.VAS,NRS-11 and TCM syndromes were scored in the two groups.Uric acid(UA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were measured by immunoturbidimetry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The treatment effect and adverse reaction of patients in the two groups were counted.Results After treatment,the VAS scores,NRS-11 scores,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms,UA,ESR,CRP levels,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin the Jianyu powder group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Jianyu powder group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of damp-heat gouty arthritis with Jianyu powder can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate the levels of UA,ESR and CRP,and inhibit the expression of serum inflammatory factors IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α.The treatment effect is remarkable,and the adverse reactions are less.
