针刺肾俞穴对腰椎间盘突出症大鼠神经传导速度的影响

Effect of Acupuncture at Shenshu Point(BL 23) on Nerve Conduction Velocity in Rats with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的研究针刺足太阳膀胱经肾俞穴对腰椎间盘突出症大鼠模型的感觉和运动神经传导速度的影响。方法健康SD大鼠雄性40只,为SPF级,随机分为正常组(n=10)、模型组(n=10)、肾俞组(n=10)。正常组不造模、不予针刺、正常饲养。模型组麻醉后断尾,切开尾部椎间盘,取髓核制成混悬液。对L4—L5棘突间隙进行穿刺,使用9号腰椎穿刺针实行硬膜外穿刺,穿刺成功后,将自体髓核混悬液注射入大鼠体内。肾俞组造模方法同模型组,造模3 d后针刺大鼠肾俞穴,每天1次,治疗5次。结果模型组和肾俞组造模后3 d的大鼠感觉神经传导速度和大鼠运动神经传导速度与同组造模前一天对比,有显著性差别(P <0.05);肾俞组治疗5 d后的大鼠感觉神经传导速度和大鼠运动神经传导速度与同组造模后3 d对比,有显著性差别(P <0.05)。结论针刺肾俞穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症大鼠模型,对感觉和运动神经传导速度有显著的改善作用。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at Shenshu(BL23)point on sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity in rats with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Thirty healthy SD rats of SPF grade were randomly divided into normal group(n=10),model group(n=10)and Shenshu group(n=10).The normal group did not make models,did not acupuncture,and raised normally.In model group,the tail was cut off after anesthesia,and the caudal intervertebral disc was cut,and the nucleus pulposus was taken to make suspension.The L4-L5 spinous process space was punctured,and the 9 th lumbar puncture needle was used for epidural puncture.After puncture,the autologous nucleus pulposus suspension was injected into rats.The Shenshu group was the same as the model group.Three days after the establishment of the model,the rats were acupunctured at Shenshu acupoint once a day and treated five times.Results There were significant diff erences in sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity between model group and Shenshu group three days after model establishment compared with the day before model establishment(P<0.05).There were significant diff erences in sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity between model group and Shenshu group five days after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The rat model of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by acupuncture at Shenshu acupoint can significantly improve the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity.
