中医药对慢性萎缩性胃炎信号通路的调控作用 被引量:18

摘要 慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是临床上常见的消化系统疾病,其发生发展涉及多个信号通路的异常。中医药具有作用温和、多靶点和不良反应小等优点,为治疗该疾病拓宽了途径,其可以通过调控多个信号通路发挥治疗作用。如姜黄素、雷公藤红素、安胃汤及二参三草汤等可调控PI3K/AKT信号;黄芪甲苷、人参皂苷、二氢丹参酮、姜黄素可调控Hedgehog信号通路;黄芩素、芍药苷、姜黄素、萎胃康及安胃汤可调控NF-κB信号通路;氯化两面针碱、苦参碱、安胃汤可调控JAK/STAT信号通路;青蒿素、参芪苡术汤、健脾益气方、荣胃理气方联合守宫方调节Wnt信号通路,均影响胃细胞增殖、凋亡、转化等过程。因此,寻找中药及其活性成分,成为开发逆转或延缓慢性萎缩性胃炎进展的新策略。 Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG)is a common clinical disease of digestive system.The pathogenesis of CAG is related to the abnormity in multiple signal pathways.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of mild action,multi-target and small adverse reactions,etc.which broadens the way to treat this disease,and TCM can play a therapeutic role by regulating multiple signaling pathways.For instance,Curcumin,Cela-strol,Anweitang and Ershensancaotang can regulate PI3 K/AKT signaling.Astragalus glyco-sides,Ginsenoside,Dihydrotanshinone,Curcumin can regulate Hedgehog Pathway.Baical-ein,Paeoniflorin,Curcumin,Weiweikang and Anweitang can regulate NF-κB pathway,Ni-tidine Chloride,Matrine,Anweitang can regulate JAK/STAT signaling.Artemisinin,Shenqi Yizhu decoction,Jianpi yiqi decoction,Rongwei liqi decoction united Shougong decoction keep the official regulation Wnt signaling pathways,all influence the gastric cell proliferation,apoptosis,and conversion process.Therefore,the search for traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients has become a new strategy to reverse or delay the progress of chronic atrophic gastritis.
