通过搜集古代医学文献及现代医家经验,总结出蒲公英临床应用特点如下:1)临床用量范围为4.5~100 g。2)临床使用随着疾病、证型、症状的不同选择不同的剂量。如治疗痈疮、疖肿、胃溃疡、淋证、慢性胃炎、化脓性扁桃腺炎、痤疮等疾病时常用剂量为4.5~100 g,治疗牙痛时常用剂量为18.75~30 g,治疗乳腺炎、腮腺炎、伤口硬结、乳腺增生、甲状腺肿等疾病时常用剂量为5~33.75 g。3)临床配伍时需灵活,如需清热解毒时常配伍金银花、连翘、紫花地丁、大青叶,需清热止痛时常配伍当归、川芎,需清热散结时常配伍贝母、玄参、路路通。
