电针人中穴对大脑中动脉梗死大鼠脑皮质局部血流量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探索电刺大脑中动脉梗死(MCAO)大鼠人中穴能否改善缺血局部脑血流量。方法选取5~6周龄Wistar大鼠20只,按随机数字表法将符合标准的大脑中动脉梗死大鼠分为模型组、电针组。应用激光多普勒血流仪(LDF)在大脑中动脉梗死之前和之后的不同时相监测局部脑血流量(r CBF)。结果大脑中动脉梗死术后2组大鼠局部脑血流量均迅速下降,P> 0.05。模型组大鼠术后3 h、12 h、24 h、2 d、3 d局部脑血流量呈上升趋势,各时相前后相比,P> 0.05;针刺干预后,术后3 h局部血流量上升至梗死前的(0.46±0.14);术后3 h、12 h、24 h、2 d、3 d电针组缺血局部脑血流量水平与模型组比较,均P <0.05,即电针组缺血局部脑血流量升高更明显。大脑中动脉梗死术后2组大鼠健侧局部脑血流量均下降(0.24±0.41),且术后3 h、12 h、24 h、2 d、3 d对侧脑血流量呈上升趋势,从术后24 h起,逐渐趋于平稳。说明电针组对侧脑血流量较模型组升高明显,P <0.05。结论电针可快速提高缺血早期梗死侧局部脑血流量;电针可增加健侧对梗死侧的血流代偿。 Objective To investigate whether the Renzhong(GV26)of MCAO rats can improve the blood flow of ischemia.Methods Twenty Wistar rats aged 5-6 weeks were randomly divided into model group(M)and electroacupuncture group(EA)according to the random number table method.Regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF)was monitored by laser Doppler flowmetry(LDF)at different time points before and after MCAO.Results The rCBF of the two groups decreased rapidly after MCAO,P>0.05.The regional cerebral blood flow increased at 3 h,12 h,24 h,2 d and 3 d after MCAO in M group,and the ratio before and after each phase was compared,P>0.05.After acupuncture intervention,the local blood flow increased to the pre-infarction(0.46±0.14)3 hours after operation;the levels of rC BF in EA group at 3 h,12 h,24 h,2 d and 3 d after MCAO were significantly higher than those in group M,P<0.05,That is to say,the level of rCBF in EA group was significantly increased.The cerebral blood flow in the healthy side of the two groups decreased(0.24±0.41),and the blood flow of the cerebral ventricles increased at 3 h,12 h,24 h,2 d and 3 d after operation,and gradually stabilized from 24 h after operation.The rCBF of the EA group was higher than that of the M group,P<0.05.Conclusion Electroacupuncture can rapidly increase the level of rCBF in the infarct side of ischemia.Electroacupuncture can increase the blood flow compensation of the infarct side of the healthy side.
