林蛙抗菌肽脂质体处方筛选

摘要 目的探索新剂型延长林蛙抗菌肽的药效时间,筛选林蛙抗菌肽脂质体最佳处方。方法采用薄膜分散法制备林蛙抗菌肽脂质体,以包封率为考察指标,使用单因素分析筛选和优化处方。结果处方所制得的脂质体形态均匀,包封率为79.2%,12 h脂质体在皮肤表面的存留率为91.79%。结论筛选所得的林蛙抗菌肽脂质体形态均匀,包封率较高,12 h内皮肤表面存留率较高。 Objective Exploring new formulation to extend the efficacy time of antibacterial peptide of Rana chensinensis,to screen the best prescription of antibacterial peptide liposomes of Rana chensinensis.Methods Preparing the frog antibacterial peptide liposomes by thin-film hydration,utilizing the encapsulation rate as a survey indicator.Using the single factor analysis to screen and optimize the prescription.Results The liposomes prepared by the prescription is uniform in morphology,the encapsulation rate is 79.2%,the liposomes retention rate in the skin surface at 12 hours is 91.79%.Conclusion The liposomes of the Rana chensinensis antibacterial peptide obtained from the screening is uniform morphology and high encapsulation rate,and high retention rate in the skin surface within 12 hours.
