《神应经》治咳组方隔药灸治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘

Clinical Study on Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma in Children by Herbal-separated Moxibustion in Shenying Jing

目的观察治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)的临床疗效及对CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+的影响。方法选择小儿CAV患者90例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组45例,治疗组接受《神应经》治咳组方隔药灸治疗,对照组接收口服孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片治疗。疗程6周,治疗前后观察咳嗽症状评分、肺气道功能指标及CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+的变化,并统计临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组在日夜咳嗽症状评分为(1.05±0.26)(0.98±0.14),明显低于对照组(2.33±0.44)(2.40±0.53)(P <0.05);治疗组CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平分别为(40.38±3.18)(25.93±3.84)(1.63±0.46)明显低于对照组(47.07±4.05)(22.07±3.28)(2.08±0.52)(P <0.05)。治疗组在肺气道功能指标(MEF75%,MEF50%、MEF25%)分别为(69.06±8.53)(65.26±11.14)(64.04±12.16),明显高于对照组(66.13±8.46)(63.07±10.88)(61.11±11.53)(P <0.05)。治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的75.56%(P <0.05)。结论《神应经》治咳组方隔药灸可有效改善小儿CAV患者的咳嗽症状,提高小儿CAV患者的免疫功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children and its effects on CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+.Methods Ninety children with CAV were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with herbal-separated moxibustion of Shenying Jing cough treatment group,and the control group was treated with oral montelukast sodium chewable tablets.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.The cough symptom score,pulmonary airway function index and the changes of CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was counted.Results After treatment,the scores of cough symptoms in the treatment group were(1.05±0.26)and(0.98±0.14),significantly lower than those in the control group(2.33±0.44),(2.40±0.53)(P<0.05);the levels of CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the treatment group were(40.38±3.18),(25.93±3.84),(1.63±0.46)significantly lower than those in the control group(47.07±4.05),(22.07±3.28),(2.08±0.52).(P<0.05).The pulmonary airway function indexes(MEF 75%,MEF 50%,MEF 25%)in the treatment group were(69.06±8.53),(65.26±11.14),(64.04±12.16)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(66.13±8.46),(63.07±10.88),(61.11±11.53)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was better than 75.56%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The herbal-separated moxibustion of Shenying Jing can effectively improve the cough symptoms of children with CAV and improve the immune function of children with CAV.
