基于微视频和CBL的血液检验技术课程翻转课堂教学实践 被引量:6

摘要 借助微视频和案例教学(CBL),针对血液检验技术课程核心教学内容实施翻转课堂,课堂前后为学生安排一系列学习活动——课前自学微视频、教学案例等教学资源,课后练习巩固,课中利用讨论、精讲教学重难点等多种教学手段,体现课前学习、课堂内化、课后巩固的翻转课堂教学理念,充分挖掘学生的学习主体作用。结果表明,翻转课堂教学后,学生对本课程知识和技能的掌握有明显提高。此外,分析了翻转课堂教学中的问题及应对策略。 With the help of micro-videos and case-based learning(CBL),the flipping classroom teaching for the main contents of hematological laboratory technology course was implemented.Before and after class,the students were arranged a series of learning activities.Before class,self-learning of micro-videos and/or a teaching case was to be completed by a student or a group of students.Besides,teaching effects were to be consolidated by means of much practice after class.In class,a variety of teaching methods were used,such as student-student discussion,teacher-student discussion,and an intensive teaching from the teacher,etc.,reflecting the flipping classroom teaching concept of pre-class study,classroom internalization and post-class consolidation,and giving full play to the core role of a student’s learning.The results showed that after flipping the classroom teaching,the students had a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of the course.In addition,the problems and coping strategies in our flip classroom teaching were also analyzed.
